"Room was small not as expected, 2 bedroom have no window very dark, bathroom is small! Over all very disappointed "

"Room was not swept well before I arrived the next day when the cleaning person came came it was swept so maybe it just who is working. Other than that everything was good"

"Elevators didn't work and we were put on the 4th floor. The hotel looked empty and we got in late so that was pretty frustrating that they did that. Balcony view was nice but hotel room needed maintenance. Overall an ok stay though"

"We enjoyed the property - the pool was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious! I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and the cruise port. I also used the transfer shuttle to the cruise port which was easy and great!!"

"SAFETY ISSUE; I stayed here one night, my neighbors were having a dispute of some sort, I called the front desk and notified them of the issue. Security went to the room and told them it was me who made the complaint. I over heard this and told the management that this was a serious violation of my security so we changed rooms. However, the neighbors saw me change rooms and continued to harrass my elderly mother while pretending to be security to gain access. After hearing this I made a complaint once again and had to be moved a third time. Serious violation of security. Very serious."

"So we stood there for one night and than ended up adding an extra one with this hotel. We didn’t think it would be an issue and we figured we would be allowed to stay in the same room considering we are the “in house guest” and that is suppose to take priority. When I went to the front desk to book it for another night I was informed that somebody reserved that room so we had to pack all our stuff up and switch rooms which was very inconvenient. I understand things happen, however as someone who use to work in a hotel myself, whoever is staying in house is SUPPOSE to have top priority because we are the paying customer. It was just very tedious because we had to up and move everything. And ontop of that, the AC in BOTH rooms we were in were barely working. It was hot in the room the whole time we were there. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again because of these inconveniences."

"Property was easy to check in. Assigned room prior to arrival which made it super easy. Everything is code based and don't need room key."
