Due to the high volume of people in the park over this period, pets are not permitted from 20/12 to 10/01, this was stated on your receipt and on our website. We do welcome you and your pet all other times of the year. We are sorry that you did not realise this, but fortunately, in this instance, we were able to make other arrangements for you within the park.
