"We loved our room and check-in was relatively simple. We would have preferred someone onsite to greet us and provide information in person, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable."

"Room was great. It could get a little noisy downstairs but area is excellent. Air conditioner broke down and administrator was notified in the am. When I got back to the room the AC was not fixed. As a courtesy they should have let me know but it didn’t happen. I had to message them and ask. "

Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. All in all, a fabulous stay within easy walking distance to the Ballero Market ( a must see and experience!), the famous four corners and everything that bustling Palermo has to offer.
