I've stayed here before....very convenient location with several food options nearby. Clean, neat, but no air conditioning. It was quite warm outside and no fan. That said, they take late night reservationvd which I appreciated.

Sleep ruined by constant banging and opening of door rooms and young men talking loudly and going into each others there rooms . They need to have a night manager as I eventually lost my temper at 11.30 Pm on a Monday night . Walls were also very thin . I do not recommend the place

Comme j'ai été sur la route et proche de Besançon, j'ai réservé et payé une nuit d’hôtel IBIS budget pour moi , ma femme et notre fille de 11 ans. En arrivant à l’hôtel il n’ y avait personne à la réception. Je n'ai reçu le code d'accès qu'une heure après ma réservation. Comme il n'y avait personne à la réception la machine d'enregistrement m'a refusé l'accès car l’hôtel n'a pas validé ma réservation. L'appareil me demandait de m'adresser à la réception sauf qu'il n'y avait personne. Une pancarte indique un numéro de téléphone mobile d’urgence qui ne répondait jamais. Après une vingtaine d’appel et de sms une personne a éteint le téléphone. Idem pour le numéro surtaxé de l’hôtel. Après 3h de galère dont 2,5h de téléphone avec plusieurs Ibis de Besançon et le site hotels.com aux USA j’ai fini par aller dormir dans ma voiture vers 3h du matin. Au réveille je suis allé voir le responsable de l’hôtel qui m’a informé avec légèreté que le réceptionniste s'est trompé en affichant le numéro de téléphone d’un autre collègue. Il ne nous a même pas proposé d’aller prendre une douche ou nous reposer dans une chambre. A la limite un petit déjeuner comme consolation. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. C’est à fuir.

Wir konnten nicht übernachten, das Zimmer hat nach chemischen Reinigungsmitteln stark gestunken. Der Rezeptionist war sehr unhöflich und aggressiv als wir um ein anderes Zimmer baten. Wir hatten bisher die Kosten nicht erstattet bekommen.

Undvik. Katastrofal service och rum.

Väldigt väldigt missnöjda. Vi försökte ringa för att berätta att vi anländer sent och att vi önskar en barnsäng men ingen svarade på telefon och det blev väldigt jobbigt för oss med en bebis på 5 månader. Urusel service. Även på morgonen därpå. Det fanns ingen på plats.

Je viens dans cet hôtel à chaque fois que je suis dans la région. Bon rapport qualité prix, bien accueilli. Juste un petit bémol cette fois-ci, dommage que des personnes ne respectent pas le calme le soir (claquement des portes).
