"The hotel and services were great but the owner tended to be rigid (should be more flexible)"

"This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's. "Our 1 night stay was good, all cleaned."

"Clean, great breakfast buffet"

"We have stayed in this accommodation before and they have improved from the last time we were here."

"Great location close to the walks at echo point. Crisp, clean linen. Nice aesthetics inside. Really good value. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the blue mountains."

There is nowhere to hang your towels or clothes when taking a shower and there are 2x weird open screws on the walls. The bathroom mirror isn't for short people. I chuckled just seeing a glimpse of my...
