"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "
"The one staff we interacted with at the front desk was absolutely delightful ! The beds were comfy. Prime location. Felt quiet/safe. Beautiful mountain view. The added patio was nice. Shower water pressure terrific. I'd definitely stay here again! "
