"Check time starts at 3:00, if you arrive early, you will not get room, I requested my room at 3:24 pm and they did not have room ready. Then they have the room ready however they did not notify me, even that I was in the lobby, I asked at 3:40 pm and they yes you room is ready, asked why I did not get notified, if I was there waiting. Lack of customer service, front desk"
