"Great location, clean room, and shops nearby."

"The room has a kitchen and is convenient, however, we were unaware that this property is not manned and we could not store luggage before or after. Would have booked a different hotel had I known this."

"Near restaurants, and Ebisu station. It’s so comfortable to travel, but the hotel is so narrow. The staffs are friendly"

"Highly recommend! This is feel like home"

"Room 20fl. good view"

"A good value, good location, friendly and helpful staff."

"I was super surprised by the quality of the room and property for the price. The floor I was on had an onsen and there was complementary amenities available also. The staff was super nice. The only thing is it is located quite aways from the stations so its a bit of a walk."
