"Clean room"

"Shower and toilet was not sanitized at all. It had brown spots all over the toilet seat. Shower tub was not scrubbed properly. The sink had a slow leak and would flood every time you use it."

"Clean. Breakfast was nice."

"Interesting place, the staff were great and so was breakfast , the room we stayed in was a little tired , I appreciate its an old building but especially the bathroom sink in our room , which needs replacing or re-enamelling , it looked dirty even though it wasn't. We only styed the one night , there was a good brew pub at the bottom of the road on the whole a good stay"

"Beautiful place for a romantic fall getaway!"

"The property needs work! Although the view was beautiful, main reason we booked there, don’t lean on the deck railing you may go over. Part of the floor had plywood, flys and bees in the bathroom, and the whole place just seemed creepy. Would have like to play pool and darts but pools ticks had no ends, felt, or rubber and the dart were trash. Properly could be really nice if updated and grounds were maintained."

"I think this was my 4th time staying at Inn Season Pollard Brook, and I'm sure I'll be back again some day. It's an obvious choice for a homelike homebase for hiking and exploring the White Mountains. I love having a fully stocked kitchen, the room environment is clean, remarkable quiet, and the bed is very comfortable. I usually take advantage of the great variety of activities and excursions offered, and the hot tub and pool are exceptional. Throw in the friendly and helpful staff, and you...

"Good"

"Mmm"

"Zero complaints. Self check in and check out. Fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water. Tv if you want it. Exactly what you need in between day hikes."
