"Clean room and great views."

"The hotel is excellent—the location, the staff, and the cleanliness. It is pet-friendly, which is magnificent for those who have pets or support animals and need to travel with them. However, they really should designate specific floors for them; it is not pleasant to be woken up at 6:00 a.m. by a dog barking or howling when you are trying to sleep in a little longer."

"🌍My stay at InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown was truly memorable. The hotel is perfectly located in Downtown LA’s financial district, surrounded by vibrant city life. The lobby, set on 70th a high floor, offers breathtaking panoramic views right from check-in, which immediately sets the tone for the stay. Perched on the 73rd floor, the bar is one of the highest open-air bars in the Western Hemisphere. We stayed in a double room on the 51st floor—spacious, bright, and very clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a stunning 180-degree view of the city, especially beautiful at night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub. Service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout. The only downside was the high price of the in-house dining. We had planned to celebrate a birthday dinner at the hotel but decided against it after seeing the menu. Offering dining discounts for guests would definitely enhance the overall experience."

"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"So loud music sound from neighborhood every evening (through 1 am) and could'n sleep. Will never stay this hotel again."

"Loved the hotel and the room. It was clean and spacious. The price was good for the location. 3 minute walk from our parking, 5 minute walk to our dinner reservation, and a 5 minute walk to the concert venue. Having codes for entry, elevator, and the room was very convenient and easy. I would stay here again. I give it 3 stars because at the concert the band sprayed red water at the audience and it got my son’s hair wet. It was non-toxic and washed out of clothing. It got on his pillow and a couple towels and the hotel charged me for damage. I was notified a couple hours after checking out so they didn’t even wash the items to see that it would come out. At least wash the items first and then charge me if it’s a problem. Fortunately they did not charge an outrageous fee ($40)."
