"When I arrived in your hotel, my room was ready for me. I went up to my room and my door was not closed. I noticed that the door was off the track and would not close unless you slam the door. I mentioned it to the people working there and they said they would mention it to the front desk. I mentioned it to the front desk last night when I was down there and they told me to mention it to the people this morning when I was checking out. Also, I had no hot water in my shower. And their solution for that was just let the water run. it’ll eventually get warm. I let it run for 15 minutes and it did not get. Very upsetting after a long travel. We’ll have to make sure I cross this one off of my list."

"The lady running the restaurant was amazing. Treated my granddaughter so nicely. The man at the front desk not so friendly. Just a smile would have been nice."

"The property is updated and in good condition. My room was on the first floor which is considered the traveling with pets rooms. There was no trace of pet scents in the room or pet damage to the room. The furniture was comfortable although it looked well used and some stains are evident. The kitchen area was clean and the appliances worked well. The refrigerator was not small as in the normal microwave and fridge items in non kitchen rooms. It and the other appliances were clean. I would stay again but since I had no pets and it was late would have preferred a non pet room since do t have a pet, which desk asked me about, I would not accept another “traveling with pets” room. When we walked down the hall you could hear the pets barking in their rooms but once inside our room there was no barking heard at all. We’ll soundproofed. "
