"Always a great experience when we stay here. Hotel is clean. Staff is always friendly, even though I’ve seen guests not be. Excellent distance to some great shops and restaurants. We stay here when we have events nearby and just use Uber to get around to areas not walking distance. Rooms are always clean. I love the products they offer here, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The bidets are a plus! Will stay again. "

"Loved staying here. Staff was extremely friendly. The food at the hotel restaurants was great. Easy, safe walk to several attractions in downtown Los Angeles. We also loved the beauty and history of Hotel Figueroa. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The only negative overnight parking was expensive…60 dollars a day."
