"Front desk staff was nice and polite. The room and facility was not as clean as I would have expected for the price. Will not stay there again. I wouldn’t have stayed if it wasn’t 2am when we got there and already paid."

"A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

"They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable."

"My bill exceeded what was quoted on Expedia"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

"Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good."

"Ehh"

"I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again."

"Had my family stayed the 2 nights on the second morning room service entered our room while we was sleeping woke up our baby and etc"

"Dirty room corners"

"The property and amenities are average and staff were considerate. The problem was with Expedia and reimbursing us for an early checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the full week. So remember that when you book with this company. Trying to get ahold of someone is near impossible and then they spin you around and put it back on the hotel. The manager at the hotel was considerate and gave us a free night stay for Expedias mess."

"rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay"

"Location was very close to highway and entrance ramp. Window did not reduce traffic noise from trucks, cars and motor cycles. I switched rooms at move in to try the opposite side a up to the 3rd floor. No better. I had trouble falling to sleep because of the traffic noise. Woke at 3 AM, and could not get back to sleep due to the constant traffic noise. Breakfast scrambled eggs were slightly warm and poor. Cereal soul have been a better choice. I would never stay here again"
