"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport.
We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"I booked this hotel as it is the only one in the area with a pool, however when I arrived I was told the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as I was not told at the time of booking and the room was non refundable. The rooms are very dated with small beds and limited amenities."

"Was a cool hotel, very nice looking. However our room was a bit run down, the toilet didn't want to flush unless you repeatedly pushed the handle a lot, the sink sprayed water at you unless using a trickle of water. A lot of the carpets in and around the room was stained. But it was good for a quick one night close stay to plans. Staff were very kind."
