"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."

"As a single female working away from home I felt most looked after and safe. I also had the best sleeps ever, all warm and toastie. They have a calvery through the week which was great."

"The hotel is beautiful and maintains many original features. There is a masterpiece of juxtaposition with the old meeting the new aspects, I loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The food was melt in the mouth and homemade yummy! Also it was very reasonable prices for such a good hotel well done!! Will see you soon "

"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."

"Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old."
