"Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. It was great to be able to go downstairs for a swim with islands to sit on just at the back of the hotel. "This is an outstanding resort hotel right in the heart of Ortigia, the beautiful historic center of Syracuse, Sicily. The hotel is full of light and you'll be mesmerized by waking up with the azure of the sky and the Mediterranean Sea in front of view, enchanted by the reflection of the sunshine. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, attentive and kind. Breakfast is delicious. An absolute gem!!"

"Loved our stay. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate room. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. So excited when we saw our location. Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door. You won't be disappointed staying here. Definitely would stay there again!"

"Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do. "

"Spacious clean room! Mine was street facing and super quiet with windows fully shut. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but the staff held my luggage until my room was ready, gave recommendations and was convenient to many shops and restaurants. "

"This property has it all! Parking, although not free, was close by and safe. The rooftop terrace we enjoyed immensely and the room was very nice. The island is loaded with restaurants and shopping, everything is within a short walk and very safe. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the island. Our host Manuela was very nice and friendly as well!"
