"Beautiful resort in its own private beach. We were upgraded to a suite with a Seaview from the little balcony. It was very quiet due to a lot of cancellations due to flight problems, our suite was beautiful. Twin double beds and huge bathroom. Food was excellent as was the attentive friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay wonderful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is heavenly. Highly recommend. "

"We left it late to book a hotel in Langkawi and we couldn't get in to any of usual hotels but managed to get a room at the Penarak Bamboo beach resort. When we went in the room it was spacious and very clean but when we opened the back door the view was spectacular. It's a very laid back place, the staff are friendly I ended up booking for another week. It's such a relaxing place, I would definitely go back"

"The property was clean and tidy and had a good size swimming pool for guests. The food was basic and could improve. Hotel is conveniently located and close to the Splash Park, Eagle and a shopping mall. If you are looking for something affordable, this is a relatively good option."
