"The reviews are bad and mentioned the place reeking smell of smoke which we did not encounter during our stay and the room we stayed was the cheapest yet the room itself was recently painted and the sheets were clean unlike what was mentioned in the reviews. But yes, the building is old and looks shady but other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
"As a non French speaking tourist in Montreal I was welcomed warmly by kind staff who speak both English and French with a very lovely and cozy building that has a great selection of rooms including some that are great if you are on a budget. Hotel Mini is definitely a place that I recommend for anyone staying a few nights in the area. Also I forgot to mention the location of the establishment probably couldn’t get any better "
