Great venue, close to the centre. Helpful reception staff, relaxed and efficient. The room was good. I enjoyed the breakfasts i ate during my stay and will visit again.

Great base for Dusseldorf

Hotel is a few tram stops from Dusseldorf HBF, a lot of things are within walking distance. It was clean, fairly modern hotel. The continental breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly. The pillows were rubbish, but apart from that it was a great hotel

Typical German Hotel

The hotel is a classic German hotel. Made some time ago, kept safe and clean. My second stay here after 3-4 years and everything is same. Close to restaurants and Asian area. About 1 km to central station and around 1,5 km to shopping Centre. People at reception are one of best I have ever seen. is hotel luxury? No. But clean, comfy and safe. Change the TV to a more new one and I wouldn't complain at all.

The staff were very helpful and kind. It was confusing how dirty and stained the carpets were throughout the hotel - both in the room and the hallways. There was a miscommunication regarding cleaning services which meant the room cleaning I ordered did not happen.

Staff are not good. Hotel not cleaning .bathroom needs many repairing for toilet and water tank for toilet . Also button for water tank is not working .it is very difficult to take shower because direction of water all time at wrong direction.wall at room very dirty .carpet not clean .our staying was very bad . We never stay at this hotel at future.
