It is a great hotel next next to a supermarket and closed to a good bakery. Great breakfast in the morning lots of choices and everyone speak english Very close to airport and near street train and bus stop Rooms are good size and shower is stronv friendly staff

The location is conveniently close to the airport, the hotel is in a quiet area and comfortable, there were some minor problems only, which were quickly addressed by the very helpful staff, thank you!

My stay was an over night. This hotel was quiet, quaint and comfortable. When traveling, sometimes it's nice to have access to TV channels in various languages, I was able to catch up on the news of the day in English and that matters to me. Parking can be challenging as well, for this hotel it was easy to navigate. The included breakfast buffet was one of the best I've enjoyed in a while, and I travel a lot. There were a lot of options to select from and the food was fresh. The staff that checked me in as pleasant and knowledgeable about events in the city. This was a good stay.

Giving a 4 instead of 5 star rating because the use of parking was 20 euros a day, staff weee very courteous but despite placing the door sign and asking the staff directly (albeit in English and not German) I couldn’t get the room clean, and their gym was minimal, would have liked at least a hanging bar and a cable weight machine

Excellent hotel near the Airport which is only a 20 minutes walking distance or a very short 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is also close to public transportation for city centre as well. When I come back to Dusseldorf even thou I will spend time in the city for sightseeing, I will return to this hotel as I found it is excellent value for money when you compare to city centre hotels. I also like to the idea of the Airport is walking distance away on departure day, relaxing way to start my journey home.

Airport hotel Room was bright , clean and spacious

Stayed one night due business at airport so my time at the hotel was brief. I walked from and to the airport. it took about 20 minutes. It was through a park therefore I would not recommend the walk outside daylight hours. The room was bright, clean and spacious. Good value for money when compared to hotels on the airport campus.

This place was ok, I stayed for work and it was a 15 min walk to the business park near the airport, so location wise it’s what I needed. The room was basic but cleaned well each day. However the air con was pretty non functioning… and during the 30 degree days it was hot and uncomfortable at night. the road was noisy… and the curtains let the light through… It’s a fairly scruffy part of town with not much in terms of evening things to do.

Good for a business trip, nearby the hotel

Good: nearby the airport, within 10 minutes by taxi. Staff: a guy name Mercer(?) was very helpful. He helped me personally regarding to the laundry services as the housekeeper wasn't available at that time. He guided me to go to the laundry room and how to use those washing & dryer machines. However, one thing he misled me that I needed to pay the laundry services, but the front desk lady confirmed me no need to pay when I checked out. Wifi: fast. Room: quite spacious and neat. Bed: comfortable except the pillows, which were too soft (this is my personal experience).

A bit disappointed considering a Hyatt group hotel

The front desk staff is quite young and not very patient on communication (or at least not comfortable speaking English). Pictures from Hotels.com don't reflect the room I was in. It seems quite old/outdated, not as modern as in the pictures. The cleaning level was OK-ish. Seems the hotel is also in financial struggle as they barely have soap in the bathroom - BTW, all three soap dispensers were also broken and empty) and they only do housekeeping every 2 days - The excuse is the one nobody buys anymore... they say it's "to save the environment". The bright side is their restaurant. I had dinner and was quite tasty. The waiters were very kind as well.
