The service was excellent and the property is great. There is a beautiful view of the city from the rooms and also from the Sky Bar. The area is quiet and there were not many dining options nearby, but transportation was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was great.

Very nice hotel, here for England vs Switzerland Euros game, accommodating when I requested early check-in, Swiss football team stayed here the night before, spacious room, everything very good.

Door was not locking properly. Room a bit dated but super comfortable bed and very clean.. A free bottle of water would be nice as quite standard but otherwise very good stay with lovely big room and balcony.. The breakfast was good and lots to choose from.

Did not meet my expectations.

Leaking roof in room from air conditioner. The floor was covered in water. Had to change rooms and for reasons unknown the new room was 30° even with the heating off...!! i couldnt get the air con to work... After moving once i had no more energy to complain again... the technician that helped and the staff are very friendly but overall it was more stress than relaxation. It did not meet my expectations.

Electrical outlet did not work, cleaning was not that good, they left the dirty cups in the room and did not change them at all during the 3 day stay. Restaurant closed had to walk some kilometers for a restaurant.
