Friendly staff and a lovely stay!

Really friendly staff and a lovely stay. The kitchen is a little rough around the edges and could do with a few different types of glasses (and maybe a toaster) but it was a lovely apartment overall. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the linen really clean and good quality and the shower is nothing short of fabulous.

Loved this relatively new build apartment hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is high quality and well maintained. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. Still a couple of movie channels would be helpful fill in down time.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay and we were really impressed. Our apartment/room was fabulous, really well stocked with everything we needed and more! Everything was really good quality; cutlery, plates, the glasses werent cheap..really nice quality. Washing machine and dryer was avaliable for free. The air con was fab and quiet. (The only negative was the pillows, they were awful, in comparison to everything else and seemed cheap) We had breakfast every morning. Also, fabulous. So much choice; fresh fruit, breads, cheeses, cold meats, yogurts, pretzels, honey, and your usual bacon scrambled eggs etc. Again, decent cutery, napkins, plates etc. Staff are lovely, in the reception there was always chocolates, sweet treats, fruit and coffee to help yourself. Overall, would definitely recommend here to stay. Well done fourty three apartments, keep it up. And Thank You!

I felt so blessed to be staying here. Everything was lovely!! The room was perfect and spotless and the manager and his team went WAY above and beyond to help me when I broke my foot. I am so grateful for the extra effort they took to help me. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this location in Düsseldorf. It was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and an easy walk into the Altstadt. The staff was very friendly, and we felt right at home. It was perfect for a family stay with enough room for everyone. Highly recommended!
