"The room was very warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostat. The portable fan was mildly helpful. Otherwise, it was a positive experience overall. Great location."

"We only used this hotel as a base, can't comment on breakfast, bar etc. Fabulous location, right next to station and easy walk to everything we wanted....cocktail bars, restaurants, O2 city hall, riverside and metro station to the coast. Clean, excellent shower, helpful staff and reasonably priced"

"In theory this should be a great hotel however it’s so noisy at night. Should have realised when we got to the room and there were ear plugs at the side of the bed. Rooms are so hot and no air con so you have to open the windows then you get the noise. Should be told when booking that you won’t get to sleep before 2 am due to the noise of the bars around the hotel. "
