"Room had a bad odor"

"Clean rooms and comfy beds"

"Nice option for 3 people to have king bed and pull out couch. Breakfast was top notch. Had everything we needed and easy to catch airport shuttle."

"Great communication, a couple of days before our stay they emailed and texted information to make my check in go smoothly. The representative at front desk was very professional and friendly. Once we checked in, they texted to make sure our rooms were clean and ready (they were)."

"Nice hotel with a good location by stadium, airport and easy to get to the strip. Had 3 people and was only stocked with 2 towels was only complaint"

"We had no hot water for our last two days. Front desk said the whole hotel was not getting hot water. Bell desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. Front check in was cold not out going at all. Housekeeping was friendly when I saw them. You were never sure when they were coming. You pay a $45 resort fee for little services. I stayed 8 days they changed the sheets one time and cleaned the room one time. They would come by and drop off towels occasionally."
