"Lovely clean room, evening meal & breakfast"

"Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. I’ve been staying here for 20 years now so I’m always going to choose this hotel over...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time."

"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...

"I had a tough week came away this weekend's and came away with a nice clear heads staff was very friendly the food was top quality and there's no bother if you've got any questions there just answer it I will be back to shame my had to go home I got quite easy of squatted there"

"Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. "
