"The location was absolutely great. The hotel is in front of the mill pond and is literally a few minutes walk to the village area. The staff was really nice, i had requested for a room with a view which was fortunately available and so we got it. The night view from the hotel was surreal. Room was really good. "Went for 5 nights to relax and unwind. Excellent check in service by Kelvin, received coupons for their 3 restaurants and wristbands for 4 activities which were appreciated. Indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzis which we never used and a large lunge area with a few games. Room was very spacious with a mini fridge and coffee maker, comfortable beds and a Juliet balcony so we could open the door to get fresh air. It is an older building so the rooms were a little dated and you could hear the tootles...
"We have always stayed at Westin whenever we go to Blue mountain, this is the first time we stayed at Mosaic and was surprisingly impressed. There are mixed review regarding the cleanliness, but our room was pretty decent. It is a much closer walk to the village compared to Westin, and resort fee is much lower. Will definitely stay here again "

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "
