"Clean, modern rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant staff. No secure parking for motorcycles although the manager did try to organise a solution. We did , unfortunately pick a stay when a function was on and the noise from the guests below (around the stairwell) was loud. Some you win, some you lose!"

"We were happy to see that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises when we arrived as we were tired and it was raining. The food was good and fresh. The rooms are spacious but plain. The shower worked fine. The bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet to put your stuff on. There was a coffee and teas station. "The blue room was plenty big enough with twin beds and well stocked brewing items including home made short bread, the breakfast was probably the best ive had from a b&b and overall good value for money"

"Great location, close to the A1, with the pub nextdoor and also Asda and a garden centre just up the road. Staff at the pub were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Tea and coffee available in the room. Okay for a one night stop over."

"Self check in was very simple to follow. Room was basic but very clean. Tea making facilities with complementary biscuits. T.V. en-suit perfectly adequate. Breakfast was self service cereals, toast and fruit juice. Order for cooked breakfast was taken by waitress..... and beautifully cooked it was !!!! Outside the hotel is a beatiful view of the sea, free car parking is directly over the road, the car park contains a Co Op supermarket, there are half a dozen restaurants literally a stones throw...

"Away from the main city . Hotel location is quiet silent , lot of green farms behind the hotel.Hotel building is very old but well maintained . Hotel foods are very nice also the staff’s are fantastic and very helpful. They can improve cleaning in parking area and external stairs and inside corridors. Overall it’s a nice place to short stays"
