"I had a semi private pool access room and it was great to be able to take a private swim. The staff are all considerate and clearly proud of their employment. My complaints are minor but disappointing at this price point. Centipedes kept finding there way into our room. Throwing out like 4 a day. The toilet made this gurgling noise once and the water leaked from the bottom. It stopped and was addressed but it took a awhile. The serving staff at breakfast doesn't understand the idea of a non dairy coffee. She repeatedly insisted she could do oat milk but it always showed up with cream and oat milk. Minor inconveniences but it did detract from the luxuriousness p "

"It's definitely a place to relax.. so many activities to enjoy. From paddle boarding, canoeing, beach volleyball, tennis, pickleball. Staff was veey helpful and always accommodating. "
