"To say that the hotel 'misrepresents' itself with its room photos would be an understatement. The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. They provide exactly nothing for their guests - no shampoo, shower gel or soap. There is no "tea and coffee making facilities", as advertised. This is, in itself, a shock for a property that claims to be 4*.
This, however, is nothing compared to the aggressive, even menacing communications that are constantly received from the hotel (via the Expedia messaging...

"2 weeks prior to our arrival, we sent a message, and have still not had a reply. At arrival, the host did not know we were coming and had no info about our booking. Luckily she did a good job on preparing our house quickly. Kitchen supply was very old, frying pan useless and no toaster. "
