"Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. "This was the nicest of hotels first on arrival greeted by lovely female staff member who I now forget her name sorry ,, we stayed in room 201 it wasn’t see view but I never payed for sea view so we was happy with are room , it was spotless throughout the hotel room had all the amenities . Room was nice and warm , we had sat and Sunday night at the hotel as we was seeing stylistics just down the road , everything was on the door step also the breakfast was more then plenty lovely clean none...
