"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which was very misleading. It felt outdated and wasn’t what we expected based on the listing. First impressions matter, and this one definitely fell short. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and I hope the photos are updated to accurately reflect the rooms so future guests know what they’re booking."

"Front desk very slow. Housekeeping took the complementary shampoo and conditioner after I used half of each bottle but didn’t give us anymore. The soap as well. Thought that was odd. Great cleaning however and very nice. Property is kept pretty clean. It’s convenient if you are going to Mystic attractions or Misquamicut . Breakfast was very nice and well maintained. Overall a nice place to stay for a few days."

"Good value for money. We stayed 9 days in total and felt very confortable and safe. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Room interior also looks nice."

"There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better."

"The room had a nice mattress. There were nice towels. The room had rusty ceiling supports. There was water damage on the ceiling over the desk. The carpet needs a good cleaning. The place is under construction and partway into a remodel. The staff wasn't attentive. they were on their phones and didn't notice me at check in or checkout. They were going through the motions. Glad we only stayed one night on a longer trip across the region."

"I was surprised to see that there was a shuttle bus to the casino. I love it. Just to know that we didn’t have to drive to it."

"Lobby is in good shape, breakfast was also fine. The hallways and doors and stairwell are really beat up and dingy. The room was ok, but our AC unit was rusty, bent and dirty but it did work. The worst was other guests smoking weed in their room and in the doorways to the property. The hallway smelled terrible. Highly recommend don’t stay there just because it’s budget."

"You get what you pay for. Both the property and the room were dingy, dirty, things were broken, etc. Room smelled like cigarettes after we requested a nonsmoking room. Staff were very friendly and nice."
