"Ao chegar, mesmo antes da hora, me foi oferecido um quarto que já estava pronto e superior ao que tinha reservado. Ou seja, me deram um upgrade de quarto e um checkin antecipado. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama grande, minibar, chaleira elétrica. Banheiro com chuveiro com água boa e quente. Café da manhã com variedades. Staff muito atencioso. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos. Ao lado de um Carrefour enorme. Fica uma ressalva, pois o quarto não possuía um isolamento acústico muito bom...
"Very nice room, top floor! Nice surprise for us as we were on our honeymoon with champagne and cake. Daily free refills water tea coffee etc, towels bathrobes etc. amenity kits all provided. Spa was really nice and inclusive of the price of the room and also had a little refreshment station with water tea coffee and smoothie, aswell as fruit and cookies. Staff were also exceptionally well treating. Would definitely stay again. Location is perfect for buses, metro, restaurants, bars and...

Though it faces a noisy street ( the back side is much more quiet ) it is only a short walk to a lovely pedestrian friendly neighborhood.
The staff was exceedingly attentive and helpful.

"We stayed in Riverside hotel for 5 days and our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious for three adults and had all the amenities. Daily breakfast was very good though at times felt repetitive. "

We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. "City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. "
"It is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again."
