"Rocpool Reserve is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. We stayed in one of the suites with a private hot tub and sauna, and the room itself was spacious with a very nice bathroom. "What to say? The staff was lovely. The place itself was outdated. A hotel like that can't charge the money that they did. Especially not if they do not clean the room. My room was not cleaned for a single day! Even after asking. I stayed there four days. I had to get my fresh towels and toiletpaper myself. "Close to train station, parking out front if you are lucky to get a spot. If unable to get a parking spot out front, I parked around the corner and it was only a short walk. Large room allowed for plenty of storage for luggage, it was nice and warm for our 2 night stay. Staff were helpful at reception regarding directions and nearby amenities. Laundry was 4 minutes away so easy to do. Hotel is close to Victorian markets and walkable to the loch. Overall enjoyed my stay here"

"My husband really liked this hotel because it was quite spacious in the room and the bathroom and there was a laundry facility across the street and we badly needed to do a wash halfway through our Scotland Ireland two week trip.
