The staff were very helpful and considerate assisting with orientation and physical help with baggage. The accommodation was adequate, however the exterior property is in a deteriorating state. The sidewalks are crumbling and present a serious trip hazard. The outside picnic benches were not stable or anchored to the ground and this area had not been cared for from a landscaping perspective, grass was very tall and uncut. The staff saved the day!
