"Stay was terrible. No pillow, body wash and towels. Neighbour’s People were really loud and yelling because they were on government homeless support."

"Room smelt strongly of smoke, wifi and internet tv not working, rooms overlook hotel bar courtyard and had a lot of noise until closing. Not all bad, the shower was powerful and warm"

"The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets were dirty and had stains. Chairs also had stains. The split system had a damp smell when we turned it on for heating - didn't end up using it. There was mould at the foot of the bar fridge and ice built up. The property has visible damage at various places such as door frames and corners of walls and bathroom mirror. The property is a bit rundown. This property really isn't a hotel, it's a motel. I only chose it as it came up in the filters I chose - so perhaps it's classified incorrectly. It has potential but it was apparent that the inside was cheaply renovated / masked. The reception staff were okay; not super friendly but had clear communication. I spoke to them on the phone only and didn't have much more interaction. Overall, we we chose the property as it was close to what we needed, but felt uncomfortable when we got there."

"The room's front door cannot fully close from the inside. If there is no door chain, it will not be secure."

"There’s was festival below, very loud until midnight. The floors still had dirt on them. There was tricking water from an outside pipe the tripped all night. The parking was difficult, we had to enter their Parking via the multi rise parking. Our cafes were too “big” for their parking and we had to park out the back. We asked for one of the beds to be made up of 2 singles and we had 2 queen beds. Not a great experience. We won’t ever use this facility again "

"The fruit was not freshly cut. The fresh juicer was broken. There were no glasses placed near the juice bar. The chicken sausages placed in the same heating compartment so if you can't eat pork, you can't eat the chicken sausages either. The rooms were very dusty and the hallway hadn't been vaccumed probably for months. On the plus side the staff were very helpful and accomodating which made my stay nice. Also, the lighting in the rooms are very poor"
