"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport."

Disappointing service this time, the room did not get cleaned, apparently you have to book room cleaning?! Even with booking the room wasn’t cleaned, no clean towels or soap ..."

"Great Location-in the old town. Minutes from all main attractions. excellent front desk stuff-very friendly, always willing to help. The room was little small but there's a coffee maker and Minibar for free. We enjoyed our stay!"
