"What a stunning, little, authentic heritage hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights & we were wow’ed by the place. Perched on the top of a small hill this old fort has commanding views up and down the valley. They’ve done a stunning job on converting this Kasbar with so many thoughtful touches & traditional decoration. The pool & the gardens are tranquil & relaxed. So many lovely spots to sit & relax. And spotless. Both the inside and the grounds & gardens. This feels truly authentic...

"We booked a 4 night stay in Agadir for our wedding anniversary. We emailed the hotel for our airport transfer which they kindly arranged without any issues. Mr Houcine called us personally the day before our travel to reassure us that all was ok. On arrival to Agadir airport, our driver was on time, warm & welcoming. A lovely start! We arrived at Sofitel & was greeted with genuine warmth by Mr Houcine & his team. Fatima was helpful, answered any questions we had & showed us to our lovely room...

"The staff are the star of the hotel. Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too. The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities. "
