"Hot tub was fine however there was construction all along the front of the hotel, there was no Wi-Fi, had to go to the casino side if I wanted to use Wi-Fi the night desk ladies attitude could be a little bit better she could be a little nicer and a little more helpful but the daytime staff was awesome I mean very enthusiastic very nice and love them. In spite of the lack of Wi-Fi it was a nice stay overall, though I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. "

"Not well run. A fight broke out because they over serve people there. Buffett was cold and dry. "

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of my family members. No coffee pot or coffee in the room. The "breakfast included" consisted of an apple that appeared to be the same apple each day and coffee. That is not breakfast. When asked about it, the desk clerk stated that there was nothing else to offer and that was that. When asked to replace the blanket because of the stain, she made us go back to the room and provide her with the stained blanket before she would give us a replacement. Although I am aware the surroundings are not necessarily in the control of the establishment, I would caution people about the safety aspect. It appears to be an older section of town. There was a nice area to sit outside but I did not feel safe enough to do that."

"We did not use the bar, only ate at Jack Binion's which was disappointing for the high costs there. Service and ambiance were great but food was very disappointing. Our room and everything else was very clean (garage elevators were not but didn't care), room was great and quiet; staff very courteous! Will come back and plan to eat somewhere different. "

"It is an older hotel but the staff is wonderful!!! Friendly, helpful, professional, and very friendly! The lobby and breakfast area are amazing. Our room was clean, air conditioner worked great, beds were great, bathroom clean and nice. It wasn’t fancy, but was clean and comfortable and safe! We will definitely come back!!! The breakfast lady was amazing!!! Food was great."
