"The hotel itself was beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were warm, personable, and truly lovely people who made the stay feel special. Every interaction with them was pleasant, and they came across as genuinely kind individuals. Everyone of them they really made my stay what it was. My only complaint was when it came to requesting basic supplies. When we needed simple items like toilet paper and an extra blanket, it felt like there was hesitation or resistance in providing them. The beds also did not have a proper blanket, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, when I asked for an extra pillow, it seemed like it was an inconvenience for the staff. Overall, the atmosphere and the staff’s personalities were wonderful, but the process of getting basic room necessities could definitely be improved to make the stay more comfortable for guests."
