"My friend and our sons were traveling to the Tarrytown/Irvington area to attend the Sleepy Hollow Music Festival. I reserved a two bed room with a sleeper sofa for the boys. When the sleeper sofa was open, it touched the foot of both beds making foot traffic to the door or bathroom very difficult for the person in the bed farthest from the door. The general consensus was that the hotel room stank as well. Don't market the room as having two beds and a sleeper sofa if it makes the room more or...

"We loved the hotel. It was clean and the staff were pleasant. It was only 10-15 minutes from Sleepy Hollow. The only downside was for some reason housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:45am while we were sleeping and woke us up. It was our last day and we wanted to sleep in a bit. Check out wasn’t until noon. As my husband was getting up to answer the door, she opened the door to come in. If the inside latch wasn’t locked then she would have come inside."

"The front desk staff as well as all the employees we had contact with were incurable kind, helpful, efficient and a pleasure to interact with. The best hotel we stayed at in the Hudson Valley."

"Front desk staff were amazing. Super helpful and nice."

"Really close to everything to do in Sleepy Hollow for a great price and very nice!"

"Clean, safe, comfortable hotel with plenty of room and a great breakfast!"

"The room was minimally clean. There were large yellow stains on the blankets and the shower didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The room was freezing and we could not adjust the temperature or turn on the heat at all. It was very noisy late night with children in the hallways yelling and adults speaking very loud. The WiFi was listed as free but you have to sign up for their rewards program in order to use it. While technically free, if I don’t frequent these hotels often, why am I...

"Place was a bit run down. Could use some TLC. Was told there was maid service every other day, but we stayed for 3 nights and never received any fresh towels or supplies. Had bees in our room that my husband had to kill. Convenient spot with some great restaurants near, but honestly I feel the price was a bit high overall for no maid service and run down facilities."

"The property was beautiful and clean. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. If there's an event, parking can be a little tough and there are lots of hills. However, the property staff do a great job of letting you know where the nearest slots are to your room, as well as assisting with any obstacles that may arise. They were all very friendly as well!"

"It's a dated hotel so don't expect nothing great. It's a place to rest your head for a nite or 2. Free basic breakfast included. Staff was all very nice and they make the most out of an older property. If you ask would I stay again for the price they charged, that is a definite NO!"

"The Hilton fraudulently charged me 250$ for a smoking fee: UNTRUE. When I tried to complain, they showed me a photo of a pack of cigarettes in my room. I do smoke but never, l ever smoked inside the room. This si not only fraudulent but a violation fo privacy. When I complained and requested to speak to management to dispute the fraudulent charge, they called the Police. Even the Police agreed with me and gave me advice to be refunded. Shame on the Hilton. I was a member and will never go back...

"My wife and I were very surprised to see that this motel was rated exceptional on Expedia! The accurate portrayal of this experience would be poor. The facilities were outdated - even though online the photos look amazing and clean!! That was not our experience . We first arrived with a non smoking room that was certainly … smoked in. So we asked the front desk to move our rooms which they did (she was very kind) However our new room was disgusting ! The room smelled like pee and cleaner . The...

"The room had water damage, the sink was stuck and the flusher on the toilet was broken, yet functional. The staff was super helpful."

"All good"

"I landed a lil earlier than expected and made it to to the hotel around 11:30 to check in. I was told that they had rooms available but I couldn’t check in early unless I paid a 75 early check in fee unless I was a certain status and because I booked through a third party. I was confused and asked for a courtesy because I was having a medical procedure later that afternoon and needed to rest before hand. I was told there was nothing they could do until around 2 pm unless I paid the fee. I have...

"Property nerds to pay more attention to detail in the housekeeping of rooms."
