"Clean room."

"The hotel isn't terrible, but it's showing its age and wear and it doesn't seem well managed. We were there for 2 nights and their housekeeping said they service rooms every other day for anyone staying more than 3 nights. But our room was still not cleaned or tidied despite being there for only 2 days. For the cost (one of the more expensive hotels in the area), I would expect to at least get fresh water bottles and garbage taken out. On top of that, the "luxury" aspect is questionable. The towels were threadbare and stiff and the toiletries non-existent. Most higher end hotels at least offer q-tips or similar little sets of these types of things but we barely had kleenex. I wouldn't stay again and I'd suggest looking at newer hotels with nicer amenities. The breakfast with the governor's pass was basically what you get at a Days Inn, truly nothing good. "

"Room was spotless, Staff was friendly and super helpful. Coffee fresh and ready at 5:30 am. Always love the fresh baked cookie. "

"The room was very clean. Hotel is quiet & convenient, about 3 miles from Dane Regional Airport. Across the street there are various restaurants. fast food within a couple of miles in either direction. It would be nice if the hotel offered a light breakfast on weekends."

"The TV remote didn't work properly. Many channels pixelated. Had to call for help to get out of expensive parking ramp. "

"The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby and room was clean. The rooms and bathrooms are very small compared to the other Madison hotels and the gym is pretty much non existent. The other downside is no hotel shuttle. But you can’t beat the location! Cute outside patio too in nice weather."

"This place was wonderful. Easy check in process. Fast response to questions we had. Very large space and the beds were so comfortable."
