"The rooms are very comfortable, but the carpets don’t feel clean. There is only 1 USB charging port. Lights are very dim with no option to increase even in the bathrooms. Elevators are broken only 2 elevators worked out of 4 with a tiny elevator lobby and a fully booked hotel. Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and the staff is superb. "

"This is our go to hotel when visiting NYC. The subway station is right outside the entrance and the WTC is one stop away. Theres a nice little grocery right next door and staying here we slways ferl welcome."
