"The hotel was sooo nice! The staff was great and the breakfast was soo good! Sadly we only stayed one night due to being evacuated due to the hurricane but overall highly reccomend"

"Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!"

"The Beal House, Hilton Hotel was amazing property, great fun staff, gorgeous ocean beach view, clean rooms, and the chef there made delicious meals. Highly recommend it and will go back Closing again"

"Beach accessibility was awesome"

"Hot tub was not getting hot and eventually out of service but otherwise great stay and would stay again."

"Everything was amazing. They let us get early checked in"

"First, let me highlight the best part of our stay - the housekeeping! They were outstanding and their service was stellar!!! Now...on to the downsides. We arrived early and were able to use one of the pools. We were told at registration that early check-in started at noon. We tried every hour. Thing was, neither of their elevators were working (it's a 7 story hotel and our room was on the 6th) and I know they knew it. If we had known that, we wouldn't have kept trying to check in!! At 4:00, they...

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was very enjoyable."

"I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean."

"Enjoyable stay"

"For the price excellent spot"

"Air conditioning worked great"

"I had to pay for my room twice. Because Expedia messed up the reservation. I would like a refund from Expedia due to having to pay again when I arrived at the hotel"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. Amazing room for the price and location"
