"The location was great, so many places within walking distance. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised free parking - which was not true. It was $38/night to valet or parking was $10/night in a ramp across the street, which was a bit of a pain to get in and out of.
Also, there was an extremely large wedding that occupied not only the ballrooms, but much of the shared common space and the music was so loud, so late, that it was hard to sleep."

"Only stay here if you want an educational experience. My children got to witness three people overdosing in the car next to ours as we were leaving the “secure parking lot”.
There also was a group of college girls in the room next to us that blasted music till 3 am. After attempting to call the front desk 4 times at midnight and no one answering, I gave up and just laid awake till they turned it off.
When raising my concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were less than helpful. I...

"Beautiful hotel, lovely smells in the lobby. Service is good. Restaurant is very expensive and in need of some more budget friendly options, especially for us business travelers with daily meal spend limits. Ask to be on the side away from the train tracks, or you'll be hearing train whistles all night."

"The standard rooms are fairly small, especially the bathroom. But they are wonderfully appointed, the bar/lounge is stellar, and the staff (from top to bottom) are fantastically well-trained, helpful, and friendly. I recommend upgrading to a larger room for the perfect stay/experience."

"The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean."

"The staff were extremely helpful. If we needed anything they helped almost immediately. The shuttle to and from the e airport was heaven sent.
The breakfast is the same every day and the quality was not the best. But it is free so can’t complain too much"
