"Buena"

"Laundry room was working when I got there my 1st day, I had put off doing it before I left when I passed by there had been a sign placed on the door saying it was out of service. I panicked as I didn't wanna take wet clothes back When I returned from Isla the maintenance man had already fixed the machine. I used the facilities and left very impressed. I think it was fixed within 6 hours. I will say breakfast was not very good The items we're always cold and empty I went at two different times...

"Fue una muy buena opción para pasar una noche antes de ir a nuestro hotel reservado para el viaje ya que llegamos una noche antes .. el desayuno muy completo y bueno.. el único detalle fue q solo teníamos 2 toallas y fuimos 4 pero las solicitamos y nos las llevaron de inmediato.. Buena ubicación y lindo hotel.."

"Very clean and relaxing with great food. The atmosphere is an experience in itself. We will definitely be back."

"The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the experience was good. However, the biggest downside was the water, which had a very bad smell and made the stay less enjoyable. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue and improve the water quality. With that improvement, the experience would be much better."

"The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. Communicating with the hosts Sandra and Andrea was effortless, responding to my queries quickly and with useful recommendations. And the breakfast was not just a roll and coffee, but a full, hot breakfast! The location was convenient, within walking distance to Las Palapas, many restaurants and shops. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Sandra and Andrea."
