The staff was amazing and this was such a relaxing stay!! I will definitely be back and I truly appreciate how accommodating they were. The room was so beautiful and clean. It had the right ambiance and honestly I would come back alone too! It’s the best place to go and visit!!! Definitely 20/10

Pool was closed for renovations, yet the listing and photos advertised pool. Misleading. Front desk was argumentative. Breakfast is very simple, cheap. Everything was watered down, not many options. I would stay elsewhere.

This is a hidden gem. Room is spacious and clean. Supplies are provided for cleaning dishes and even laundry pods. Much better bang for your buck vs. a traditional corporate hotel brand. Will stay in their North side location next time!
