From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "
"Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Good for the price in Belfast. Easy 18 minutes walk to centre. There is public options close by. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room lovely and comfortable with fridge kettle tea coffee biscuits hairdryer iron & board toiletries tissues. But no air con and rather hot in august. Fan supplied on request. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Area is in university quarter and a little run down with some rough sleepers but did not feel unsafe so don’t let...
"Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that hotel access is mid-block, set back from the street with poor signage. Not obvious as hotel is above a restaurant too so was hard to find initially. Also note, I read the description that parking at a neat car park was validated which I might have misinterpreted when reading, however, parking is only discounted by 5 pounds."

The location is excellent, I gave it a 4 star on area around the hotel only because it is in the City Centre, and there were a few sketchy looking people walking around, but in spite of that, the location was excellent! It was near many restaurants. Some special touches were that there were bathrobes, slippers, and an iron in the room.
