"NEVER STAY HERE!!! When we were waiting in the “lobby” (basically a broom closet) to get checked in, there were bugs (maybe fleas?) crawling up our legs, it smelled and the walls were streaked with some unknown but smelly substance. As we were walking out, the front desk person came out and said he didn’t have any rooms for the night. I told him that I reserved, he said they had no rooms, meaning they overbooked anyways. We went to the Red Roof in up the street and had a wonderful stay,...

"Awful. Room smelled. Stayed 1 night and checked out early, giving up the second. Guy behind the counter couldn’t be bothered. Moved to another place across the street."

"We had rented two adjoining Bayside rooms. Bedsheets had stains in one room. The other room had numerous stains on the rug. Ceiling shows bad patching and paint was old and yellow. Otherwise not bad for a place to just sleep and pass through. Price was unreasonably high but expected for prime season. All rentals in the beach areas of Delaware sky rocketed this year compare to last year rates at the same time."
