"Luxor hotel room was great. Check in was not so great. We checked in then waited for room number. After 45 min we checked our bags with the bell hop because we had a Blue Man group ticket. We went to the show after 2 hrs still no room number. Talked with a hotel worker. She looked us up and sent the room number to us. The system obviously doesn’t work through computers. If they had the worker you could check in with instead of a computer we would have had our room sooner. Need to be looked into. Frustrated."

"We loved the hotel. It met all our needs and offered more than we expected. We would have rated it higher if we had at least had someone come clean our rooms and change the sheets at least one time since we were there for a week. Other than that we were able to get groceries and eat in our room and even do our laundry in our room which was a nice surprise. It also had a bathtub and shower. Although we didn’t need the bathtub but it was a nice to have if we had the grandkids stay with us."

"The hotel is awesome. Las Vegas is very hot but the pool is COOL. The lifeguard staff, we’re all very friendly and very awesome. Actually everyone at the hotel was nice including all the maintenance staff always asked if we were having a good time. Only the tall bartender at the restaurant/pool bar was freaking rude. But everyone else they are made up for it. The food is good there too."

"When I booked, I requested a first floor room because my mom is 92 and it’s tough for her to walk distances. We brought my senior bulldog and it’s tough for her to walk distances as well. They had a 3rd floor room for us but I knew my bulldog wouldn’t make it to the relief area. The gal at the desk got us on the first floor but it had a king bed. Ok. This is our second time staying at this property. The room was spacious. Clean. Quiet. I forgot a couple items and the gal at the desk had what I needed! So grateful! Pet relief area clean but small. Couldn’t smell anything. Breakfast was small but it was satisfying to start the day. Shopping outlet across the street. Silverton casino and South Point not too far to get to. I think I like staying off the Strip. Parking was easy. Area felt safe."

"One of the friendliest hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Everyone from the check in staff, valet, restaurant servers was so friendly and helpful. I feel like they genuinely enjoy their jobs. The hotel itself is clean and new. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. I traveled alone for a business trip but I plan to stay there again with my family. I don’t remember the name of the diner in the hotel, but the “Loco Moco” was onolicious!"

"We are seniors and asked for the 5th floor near the elevators. They didnt have the 5th floor but got the 8th floor near the elevators so that was good. We like this casino as the ceilings are high and the ventilation good so the smoke didnt bother us. Was happy they had $5 blackjack but it was 6 decks so lost 7 hands in a row, so walked away and didnt go back. Enjoyed the poker slots. The service at the Coranado Cafe was good as was the food."
