driveway difficult to find, room was great, never cleaned while I was there, key card never worked, magnetic strip corrupted. Staff was always available and friendly.

Hole in wall, trash in the room from previous guests, microwave no turntable and rusted, no iron, coffee maker, only one towel, mold on pillow case, washer and dryer didnt work, no cup or water,fridge and freezer iced over, bathroom ceiling fan caked with dust and incredibly loud. Breakfast had 1 type of muffin, red apples, 2 types of cereal and waffles. Sunny D and apple juicd to drink. Sunny D is coloured high fructose drink. The cereals were both hivh sugar. I was offered a different room but when a room is that bad, none of them would be good. Staff did the best thet could and brought a bath mat andvdxtra towel. No internet.

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The Applebee's down the street was great. Hotel lobby and room smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke that lingered. There were odd people outside the hotel (maybe drugs?) Holes in the walls, dirty shower, filthy outdoor stairs, and nothing at all like the pictures. Not my best hotel experience, but with some TLC it could be a very nice place again.

A quick stay in Ozark

It started out fantastic! The young lady at the front desk was so gracious! She showed us a room so my wife could check out the bed. We asked about another pillow which she brought down later. This young lady is a credit to her job!

The pictures featured on the site are at least 10 years old. The pool was not in service, the washer and dryer pictured where covered in grime and had very faded out of order signs on them, and the room needed a good scrubbing. However the staff were pleasant.

Economical, but nice.

It's a really economical, and nice place to stay. The pool was nice, the walkways to the rooms were will lit. It seemed very safe and quiet. Walking distance to food. They had free breakfast and the serving area was clean.

Disappointed!!

Just stopped in for a night on our way to Florida’s east coast. Host was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were not clean and one had dirty/wet towels in the bathroom and the other had dead roaches… Will not be staying against

Wouldn’t recommend

Friendly staff, marginal room. Dirty bathroom and missing security lock from the door. The bed was comfortable but the rest of the furniture was in poor condition. Breakfast was minimal at best.

About what I was expecting.

The room had the usual wear and tear that I would expect from a 'budget friendly' hotel. I liked that there were 2 or 3 eating places within walking distance. My main complaint was that the shower started running cold after a short time. I was not ready for that. I guess they had too many rooms connected to that hot water system,

Cheapest cover on the planet. Pillows flat as pancakes. The roach in the bathroom freaked the wife out a bit. Upside: Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean. Rooms nothing like pictures. Staff you could hardly find. Pool was not available and was not told when checking pool was not available. Coffee pot broke in room told staff they said yeah we got new ones that we need to put out it's a work in progress. Breakfast was a horrible nothing there staff didn't care . Told Breakfast was at 6 am we went at 7 nothing was there and hotel was not full of guest. Never picked up trash from room. We had to ask twice for towels in the same day they said we have to bring them to your room never was delivered had to go to front desk second time and ask again. Very happy with our stay a the baymont in ozark al

Never Again!

This hotel needs to be shut down! We only stayed because everywhere was booked solid or we knew not to stay at another hotel due to the condition of it. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly. The room was dirty with dead bugs in the corner, stained furniture, stained bed linens, and stained towels. The door did not lock properly, so we didnt feel completely safe. I took pictures, but the app is not allowing me to upload them. We stayed at this hotel many years ago, but it has really gotten run down.

Going down hill

The condition of the Baymont has went down hill so much in tbe past 3 years. I used to love staying there. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms was always very clean. The past 3 times I stayed here the rooms was dirty. There was Marijuana pieces on the side of tub and on floor. My grandaughter was crawling on the floor and when we pickef her up her pants was black on both legs. (Which ruined the pants because it stained them). Breakfast is a joke the, there was no milk out no juice . There was no butter for the waffles when another guest asked about it service desked asked him what was he complaining about that it was free. If he didnt like what was there he could go pay for his breakfast somewhere else. The manager came in and he stated they havent been able to get butter for2 weeks. This place needs a detailed cleaning and new managment. From now on i will pay more to stay at the microtel 3 miles up the road

Where do I even start. The moment I walked into the room I could tell the chair was highly stained.I went to wash my face and the wash cloth was completely stained. Our a/c was leaking and we were given towels by the staff to put under the unit. Woke up that morning and the room was flooded. The girl at the desk had no clue what to do and wouldn't switch my room because the manager wasn't there to ok the transfer. She said she would get in trouble. Maybe if she stopped all the drugs, the owner would trust her?!? All kinds of people were hanging out front all hours of the night. The employee at night was real nice and did her best but her friends hanging around smoking blunts didn’t make me feel safe. Along with the fact that she gave her boyfriend keys to the rooms and at 2am bust into our room. They were apologetic but something was off abiut the whole thing and was so glad it was our last night there. If I had the $ I would have moved hotels and fought Baymount later for a full refund. Do I even need to mention the little roaches in our room? I have stayed in some budget friendly motels but this was the worse experience ever.
